I joined Ava in 2016 three months ahead of the launch in order to plan the go-to-market strategy, which was heavily digital. Growing to a global company, I owned revenue and growth metrics for the direct-to-consumer business in 23 countries and built the strategy to exceed company targets. I hired and led an international all-star team and created our digital infrastructure from scratch. The direct-to-consumer business achieved multi-million dollar annual revenue.

I have returned to consulting from in-house. Through consulting, I get to work on what I find to be the most interesting parts of the business, playing digital detective, running experiments, and driving strategy for growth. I love supporting direct-to-consumer titans in developing their growth strategies when what they’ve ‘always done’ isn’t cutting it anymore, and supporting small businesses by demystifying digital marketing and saving them from costly mistakes.
